ZAZA NEW CUBAN DINER COMING SOON TO WATERFORD LAKES TOWN CENTERORLANDO, Fla. (July 1, 2015) – Waterford Lakes Town Center, Orlando’s largest open-air shopping, dining and entertainment destination, has announced the addition of Zaza New Cuban Diner to its popular line-up. This will be the third location for the family-owned Cuban restaurant and the fourth new dining option to be added this year at Waterford Lakes Town Center. Zaza New Cuban Diner will be located at The Patio and is slated to open this fall.
Zaza New Cuban Diner is a fast-casual restaurant that serves authentic and “New Cuban” dishes, focusing on fresh ingredients. Its menu features breakfast (served all day), lunch, dinner, locally roasted coffee and fresh-baked Cuban bread and pastries. The restaurant will also feature a catering menu.
“Our family has been serving great food to the Orlando community since my father relocated from New York City to Florida in 1967 to cook at the Columbia Restaurant in downtown,” said Ruben Perez, president of Zaza New Cuban Diner. “Many of our patrons asked us to open something in the Waterford Lakes area. The wait will soon be over as we look forward to continuing that tradition, here, at Waterford Lakes Town Center.”
The most recent addition to Waterford Lakes Town Center, Zaza New Cuban Diner joins the recently opened Marlow’s Tavern, offering classic American fare, chef-driven food and handcrafted cocktails in a rich, warm and inviting atmosphere, Little Greek Restaurant, a fast-casual eatery emphasizing fresh Greek dishes including grilled chicken and healthy salads created from generations of traditional family recipes and Duffy’s Sports Grill, a relaxed sports-themed restaurant.
The wide variety of restaurants at Waterford Lakes Town Center also includes Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, Fresh To Order, Crispers, California Pizza Kitchen, Amigo’s Tex Mex and Too Jay’s Original Gourmet Deli.
