Yardbird to Host “East Meets West” Midnight Guest Chef Dinner
Featuring Sushi Samba Friday, 7/10
Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, located in The Venetian’s Restaurant Row, is thrilled to announce the inaugural dinner in its Midnight Guest Chef Series – East Meets West at midnight on Friday, July 10 featuring local Las Vegas guest chef Bobby Silva of Sushi Samba.The eight course supper including wine and sake pairings will feature a mash-up of Yardbird Executive Chef Todd Harrington’s take on classic Southern comfort food, and Sushi Samba chef Bobby Silva’s Eastern-influenced dishes. Tickets for the East Meets West dinner are $100 per person, not including tax and gratuity, and cancellation within 72 hours is non-refundable.
