Two of the world’s most celebrated chefs, Wolfgang Puck and Daniel Boulud, are coming together to create a one-of-a-kind dinner experience at Dorchester Collection’s Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air on Wednesday, October 23. This will be the first time these master chefs have worked one-on-one in the kitchen together, and will mark the celebration of Chef Boulud launching his cookbook, DANIEL: My French Cuisine (Grand Central Life & Style, 2013) and the 20th anniversary of his flagship restaurant, DANIEL.
The one-night-only, five-course menu, featuring farmers’ market ingredients selected by the chefs that morning, is priced at $220 per person, excluding beverage, tax and gratuity, and is open to both hotel and non-hotel guests. Optional wine pairing from the acclaimed Ca’ del Bosco Winery in Lombardy, Italy, is available for an additional $85. Ca’ del Bosco is the leading brand of sparkling wines with ultra-fine perlage that bear the name of the zone where they are made: Franciacorta.
Reservations will be accepted beginning September 23 at 9 a.m. For additional information and reservations, please call 310.909.1644. Copies of Chef Boulud’s newest book, DANIEL: My French Cuisine will also be available for purchase that evening.
To celebrate this special culinary event, one person will be eligible to win two complimentary seats to the Wolfgang Puck and Daniel Boulud dinner and a signed copy of DANIEL: My French Cuisine via an online raffle. To enter, participants are to email their full name and address to Contest.HBA@dorchestercollection.com.
