Summerlin’s Neighborhood Restaurant Partners with Kona Brewing Company, Joseph James Brewing Company and Sierra Nevada Brewing Company June, July and August Dates
Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill presents its “Summer of Beer” three-part dinner series beginning this June at Downtown Summerlin. Each event will showcase a different brewer with beers paired with a coursed menu by Executive Chef Spencer Rudow.
Kicking off Tuesday, June 13 at 6:30 p.m., the first dinner will present four beer pairings provided by Kona Brewing Co. alongside a four-course luau-themed menu. With a portfolio that highlights “The Big Island,” the tropical tasting notes and fruit-forward aromas of Kona Brewing Co.’s flavors will be expertly matched with Chef’s collection of plates, transporting guests to a Hawaiian luau in the desert.
The menu will include Ahi Tuna Poke or “Hawaiian tartare” served as a traditional setup, Lau Lau Salmon, steamed in banana leaves, Kahlua Pig, whole roasted for up to 20 hours and Halo Halo, pineapple shaved ice with coconut tapioca pudding.
