Award-winning celebrity Chef David Burke is teaming up with Gallo Winery to host an exclusive dinner on June 17, 2021 at Red Salt by David Burke, all to benefit the American Cancer Society and the fight for a world without cancer.
Wine-Paired Dinner at Red Salt by David Burke – June 17
The fundraising event is the second in a series of wine dinners that will culminate in the “Re-Imagine Charlotte” gala held by the American Cancer Society this coming November. Chef Burke, executive chef for Red Salt by David Burke, has curated a menu of mouth-watering creations featuring seasonal, local produce, meats and seafood. Each course was carefully crafted to complement the wines from the four winemakers. Space is limited and reservations are still available here.
“It is exciting to continue our partnership with chef David Burke and his Charlotte restaurant, Red Salt, as their philanthropic cause for their quarterly wine-and-dine in 2021,” said Megan Nelson, Executive Director of the American Cancer Society. “Red Salt has already proven to be a fantastic partner in supporting last year’s Re-Imagine Charlotte gala with Re-Imagine Dinner At Home. I am looking forward to our second event of 2021 on June 17 and a tremendous evening that will help us continue our fight for a world without cancer.”
