Wine Enthusiast Magazine’s annual August Restaurant Issue, dedicated to presenting America’s 100 Best Wine Restaurants of the past year, officially hit newsstands this week. Every year in this edition, the magazine’s team of editors defines notable and of-the-moment wine and food programs nationwide, from impressively deep cellars to quirky, laser-focused wine lists and eclectic small plates or multicourse “surprise” menus.
