WICKED: Pink and Green Libations

CHICAGO

Glinda’s Bubble & Elphaba’s Enchantment at The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago

Sip yourself to the Land of Oz with three showstopping cocktails at The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago in celebration of the highlight anticipated WICKED movie release. A nod to Glinda’s charming persona, Glinda’s Bubble, with pink gin, St. Germaine, lemon juice, cranberry juice and sparkling rose, is as glamorous as it is fun. The pink gin and cranberry bring a delicate blush to the glass while the sparkling rose adds an effervescent touch, much like Glinda herself. A cotton candy garnish and pink sugar rim make Glinda’s Bubble whimsical and sweet – just like her entrance in the film. Inspired by Elpahaba’s vibrant and mysterious nature, Elphaba’s Enchantment combines Midori, vodka, fresh lime juice and simple syrup, topped with prosecco and garnished with a lime twist and a mint sprig. The Midori gives the drink its signature emerald hue, while the lime and mint offer a refrain twist that hints at the character’s complexity. The fizz from the prosecco adds an unexpected, playful element that reflects her rise to power.
