The simple yet nutrient-dense menu alters its diverse offerings each changing of the seasons, and this fall, the health food hub is serving up a brand new selection from wholesome dishes to refreshing cocktails. Starting Sept. 7, patrons can try some delicious fall classics including the Roasted Acorn Squash Flatbread, delicious mix of truffle honey, lemon almond ricotta, pistachio, calabrian chili, arugula and garlic purée; the Fall Pesto Pasta, made with seared mushroom, roasted acorn squash, marinated pepper, parmesan and cilantro pumpkin seed pesto; or the Tee Time cocktail, with tomatin dualchas whisky, barrow’s intense ginger, chamomile and lemon.
