WAKUDA ANNOUNCES NEW YEAR’S EVE EXPERIENCES

WAKUDA, the acclaimed fine-dining Japanese restaurant by Michelin star-winning chef Tetsuya Wakuda and 50 Eggs Hospitality Group, announces its New Year’s Eve offers. Located at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas and boasting an expansive terrace overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, WAKUDA will offer diners a special prix-fixe tasting menu alongside its regular menu on Tuesday, Dec. 31, beginning at 5 p.m. Additionally, beginning at 10 p.m., guests can opt for WAKUDA’s New Year’s Eve experience on its outdoor terrace overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.

WAKUDA’s New Year’s Eve tasting menu, priced at $275 per person, will be available for seatings from 5 to 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31. The 8-course menu includes Lobster and Uni Ceviche served with spicy citrus vinaigrette, Kanpachi Crudo with spicy shiso ponzu, Aburi Toro Salad with seared fatty tuna belly and soy onion dressing, Crispy Quail with Wakuda mayo, Steamed G51 Seabass with sesame ginger soy, Washu Rib Eye Miso Zuke with miso-marinated American Wagyu beef, chefs’ sushi selections and, for dessert, Mont Blanc Tart served with a Wakuda Chocolate Cigar.

WAKUDA’s New Year’s Eve terrace experience takes place from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. and may be reserved for a $250 per-person food and beverage minimum. At midnight, terrace guests will enjoy a captivating view of the Las Vegas Strip’s world-famous fireworks display.
