Vollrath Company announced today that it has promoted two of its regional sales managers to two newly created director of sales positions for its Vollrath Foodservice division. Henry Case has been appointed as director of sales for Serving Systems and Components and Jill VanMenxel has been named director of sales for Smallwares and Countertop Equipment.
“The restructure of our sales organization is an important strategic step in positioning Vollrath for continued growth in the future and to make sure we serve our markets to meet their specific needs,” says Paul Bartelt, Vollrath president and CEO.
As director of Serving Systems and Component sales, Case will lead a diverse group of equipment sales experts as they assist consultants, dealer designers, operators and other commercial foodservice professionals in specifying and purchasing the appropriate Vollrath products for their projects.
Case, who most recently served as the southeast regional sales manager, will continue to be based in Lake Mary, Florida. He joined Vollrath in 2002 as a district sales manager. Over the past four years, while managing eight district sales managers across nine states, Case was instrumental in helping to grow Vollrath’s components business by about 15 percent for the southeast region. Additionally, while he’s served as regional sales manager, his team has garnered the honor of the annually recognized District Sales Manager three times.
As director of Smallwares and Countertop Equipment sales, VanMenxel’s responsibilities include leading a team of regional and district sales managers as they drive profitable sales growth for the foodservice business through operators, dealers and other foodservice channel partners and end users.
VanMenxel most recently served as the east regional sales manager and will continue to be based in Liverpool, New York. She joined Vollrath in 2005 as a district sales manager and has been recognized by the company for sales excellence every year since 2008. As regional sales manager, VanMenxel managed seven district sales managers and one rep group across 15 states. She played a key role in facilitating Vollrath’s field sales training program and new culture initiative.
Both Case and VanMenxel have expanded their responsibilities and contributions over the years they have been with Vollrath and are well suited for these new positions. In their expanded roles as part of the Vollrath leadership team, Case and VanMenxel will continue to report to Dennis Park, vice president of Vollrath Foodservice.
