This highly anticipated, 5,700-square-foot space is one of the first new restaurants in Princeton, and seats 150 people throughout a main bar, a dining lounge, a main dining room, private dining area, and outdoor seating. Since the restaurant is located in two buildings, the design team had to work within the existing structures to tie the spaces together cohesively. Celano and his team carefully peeled layers away to expose the structure’s hundred-year-old timbers and brick, and blended the materials sourced by the owner, Jim Nawn, to create this rustic, farm-to-table concept unlike any other in Princeton.
