The First Hybrid Event
Vegas Food Project, a brokerage and marketing consulting company based in Las Vegas, is bringing top Turkish food producers before Las Vegas food and beverage professionals. The first event of the Turkish Tastes series started with Dried Fruits & Nuts group at Black Fire Innovation Center. While the World’s #1 dried figs, dried apricots, and dried raisins producers were presenting online, the audience had the opportunity to taste the products by famous pastry chef Raul Villa’s desserts.
The Second Event is Upcoming: Seafood
As consumers and businesses are looking for more healthy food options, the series is a unique opportunity to familirize with one of the world’s richest cuisines and its products. The series is aiming to educate Vegas F&B professionals on Turkish food which is one of the major components of Mediterranean Diet. The series will continue with Turkish Seafood where the World’s largest Mediterranean Sea Bass, Sea Bream, Bluefin Tuna, Black Sea Trout producers will present their products. The event will take place in UNLV Hospitality’s state of the art kitchen on the 14th of October, Wednesday.
