Show Me Hospitality LLC invests in bakery cafe chain; plans to open 40 locations over the next six years
Show Me Hospitality, LLC is bringing Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop’s premium blend coffee, baked goods, sandwiches, soups and distinctive donuts to St. Louis, Missouri.
A local area developer, Show Me Hospitality, is comprised of seasoned business operators, entrepreneurs and marketers with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry.
“We were attracted to the Tim Hortons brand for its strong history, vitality, and solid operations. Most-importantly we know St. Louisans will embrace and enjoy its premium coffee and wide variety of great tasting food and beverages,” said Eric Sigurdson, president, Show Me Hospitality. “Bringing this iconic brand to St. Louis has been my goal for a long time.”
Show Me Hospitality plans to open 40 restaurant locations across Greater St. Louis by 2019. Tim Hortons U.S. first announced plans to expand into the St. Louis market in February 2014 as part of its five year strategic plan.

Show Me Hospitality anticipates the initial Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop restaurants to open in 2015.
“We will open both free standing restaurants with drive thru, and kiosks in hospitals, universities, corporate campuses, transportations centers, sporting arenas and other areas where our breakfast, lunch, dinner and all-day snacking makes sense,” Sigurdson added.
