THREE-STAR CHEF DANIEL CALVERT JOINS EATME GROUP — A NEW ENDEAVOR BY JAPAN’S LEADING CHEF

EatMe is pleased to announce that Chef Daniel Calvert, who recently earned his third star in the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2024 and ranked No. 1 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024 has assumed the role of Executive Food Concierge for the group.

 

Chef Calvert will contribute across the entire EatMe Group portfolio which includes Tokyo Confidential, ranked 53rd in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024 as well as the sea-to-table restaurant CEDROS, cozy cocktail destination CABIN Nakameguro, winter pop up Niseko Confidential and EatMe Catering. Chef Calvert’s primary role will be to elevate the quality of cuisine at each venue as well as work with EatMe client’s venue development. Additionally, Chef Calvert will design, produce and appear at EatMe Catering events.

 

This partnership stems from a shared vision to advancing the fusion of international cuisine culture and service within Japan.
