THE WOODALL LAUNCHES REVAMPED DINNER MENU

The Woodall is pleased to unveil its newly refreshed dinner menu, offering a delectable array of dishes crafted to please every palate. With an emphasis on quality and innovation, the new menu is set to elevate the dining experience for guests.

Menu highlights include:

  • Shrimp Toast – crispy sourdough toast topped with succulent shrimp, julienne shallot, butter, white wine and serrano peppers ($17)
  • Snow Crab – fresh, tender snow crab served with a savory twist of butter, burnt cream and Old Bay ($16)
  • Vesuvio Pasta – al dente cavatappi pasta paired with a rich and creamy pistachio and arugula pesto, Point Reyes agrodolce and toasted pistachio ($19)
  • Pappardelle Lamb Sugo – tender braised lamb prepared with tomato and garlic and sprinkled with pecorino romano ($11/$20)
  • Shrimp & Scallops – a luxurious combination of plump shrimp and delicate scallops cooked to perfection with chive beurre Monte, toasty bread and creamy grits ($32)
  • Steakhouse Cuts Extras – prime steaks and pork can be upgraded with a selection of new extras such as crab meat and beurre monte ($14), fried oysters and garlic butter ($12), truffles and foie gras ($17), wild mushroom and cognac ($9), grilled jumbo shrimp ($11) and extra sauce ($4)

 

Complementing the updated menu, the Woodall introduces a selection of innovative drinks crafted by its expert mixologists:

  • Lion’s Mane – a bold and invigorating cocktail mixing 400 Conejos, Chinola, Suze, agave, lime, bell pepper reduction, saline and bell pepper cracker ($16)
  • Fresh Pressed – a refreshing blend of fresh ingredients offering a crisp and revitalizing experience with St. George Terroir, Barrow’s Intense Ginger, ginger beet juice, lime, simple syrup and beet and apple fruit leather ($15)
  • Flight Over Sandy Beaches – a tropical escape in a glass with Suntory Toki Japanese whiskey, Luxardo Cherry, Tempus Fugit L’Aero Quinquina, blood orange, lime and saline ($16)
  • White Negroni – a sophisticated twist on the classic Negroni featuring Ford’s gin, Cappelletti, Amaro Nonino, bitter lemon cordial, orange citrate and expressed lemon peel ($14)
  • Gardener’s Basket (zero-proof) – a garden-fresh cocktail bursting with the vibrant flavors of ginger beet juice, simple syrup, lime and Fever Tree ginger beer ($9)
  • Spritz of Spring (zero-proof) – a light and effervescent drink mixing blood orange juice, rosemary simple syrup, lemon and Fever Tree tonic ($8)
