SUMMERGODS, the small batch premium tequila created by multi-platinum recording artist/songwriter Stephan Jenkins of Third Eye Blind, will be introduced at two exclusive east coast events; Wednesday, July 10 at the Rose Bar in New York City and Monday, July 15 at Rhythm & Spirits in Atlantic City. The Atlantic City event sold out in less than 24 hours.
“SUMMERGODS is the culmination of my quest to find the ultimate blanco tequila,” said Jenkins. “I wanted a tequila that I could enjoy with my friends and I couldn’t find it. I met with the master distillers at Casa Maestri and after testing and tasting multiple small batch samples with my friends, crew and bandmates, we decided to create the purest expression of tequila fueled by passion and a perfectionist attitude. SUMMERGODS will be previewed and poured on July 10 at the Gramercy Park Hotel’s Rose Bar where Jenkins will perform a short acoustic set for the invited crowd. He’ll then move from the stage to the bar where Stephan will join the Rose Bar bartenders creating select SUMMERGODS signature cocktails and sipping pours for guests. On Monday, July 15 in Atlantic City, Jenkins will perform a short acoustic performance where fans will receive a bottle of SUMMERGODS as part of their ticket purchase. Bottle signings, signature cocktails, photos with Stephan and the opportunity to purchase additional bottles of SUMMERGODS before its commercial release are included in the ticket price. SUMMERGODS tequila is Jenkins’ collaboration with master distiller Casa Maestri in Jalisco, MX in Destiladora de Valle de Tequila.
