Las Vegas Restaurant Group Adds New Location Just Steps Away from the Famed Las Vegas Strip
Long loved by locals, Nacho Daddy can soon be enjoyed by millions of visitors on the famed Las Vegas Strip this summer at the restaurant’s newest location at Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. From its signature nachos and combination plates to mouthwatering margaritas and the famous Scorpion Shot, They offers the best in creative Mexican cuisine across the Las Vegas valley. The fourth Vegas location is slated to open mid-August.
Locally owned and operated, Nacho Daddy steps up their game for the Strip location. Boasting more than 6,000 square feet, 32 foot ceilings and seating for approximately 230 people; Nacho Daddy on The Strip will feature a state-of-the-art sound system; 21 high-def, big screen televisions perfect for all sports action; a large projection TV for special programming; and a private dining room for parties and events. Guests will be able to enjoy watching the chefs prepare favorites in the open kitchen from booths, banquettes and table seating in the dining room or enjoy people watching on the fremont street below from the mezzanine overlooking Harmon Avenue. If going belly up to the bar is more the scene, cocktail fans can delight in house-made margaritas from the large bar that opens to the patio through fun, yet functional hangar-style doors. It will be located steps off the Strip, accessible via Miracle Mile Shops or Harmon Avenue. Free valet parking is also provided through Miracle Mile Shops.

Nacho Daddy made its mark in Las Vegas in 2010 with its first location and quickly expanded to include a downtown hotspot, followed quickly by another in Summerlin. The expansive menu delights a variety of diners including vegetarian and vegan guests. Like the other locations, It will feature the restaurant’s signature items including Filet Mignon Nachos with house-made corn chips topped with a cheese blend, refried beans, filet mignon, sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, cilantro and house-made ranchero sauce; Bacon Anaheim Chili Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Applewood smoked bacon, pepper jack & cheddar cheese, roasted Anaheim chilis and chipotle onions served on Texas toast; Mexi-Cobb Salad with romaine hearts tossed in onion-thyme vinaigrette, topped with chicken strips, pico de gallo, cheese blend, corn, cucumbers, avocado and tortilla strips; new Combination Plates with choice of enchiladas, tacos or tamales; and the Nacho Daddy Triple Dip featuring warm tortilla chips with spicy salsa, skillet queso dip and fresh guacamole. They will also serve its traditional Daddy’s Margarita and the world-famous Scorpion Shot; in addition to Strip-only fare and delicious specials.
