The St. Regis Venice Unveils “Silver Dreams” Cocktail Inspired by Andy Warhol’s Marilyn Portfolios to Celebrate Venice Film Festival

The St. Regis Venice is launching the “Silver Dreams” cocktail to celebrate the Venice Film Festival (28 August – 7 September 2024). Inspired by Andy Warhol’s 1964 “Shots Marilyn” series, this cocktail is a tribute to Marilyn Monroe’s enduring glamour.

Crafted by the Bars Manager, Ludwig Negri, and Director of Food & Beverage, Facundo Gallegos, “Silver Dreams” features vodka, St-Germain, popcorn syrup, and a splash of champagne, capturing the essence of Monroe’s iconic style and the sparkle of the silver screen. It’s served in a custom “Marilyn” glass, designed by Mariapia Bellis of Berengo Studio, reflecting Warhol’s vibrant, abstract reimagining of Monroe. The cocktail will be available at our Arts Bar starting 18 September 2024.

The new pop art cocktail finds its perfect home in The St. Regis Venice’s atmospheric Arts Bar. Located on the ground floor of the hotel, the bar boasts a unique collection of craft cocktails inspired by renowned artworks with Venetian connections. Each drink is served in custom-made glassware by Berengo Studio, creating a truly immersive experience.
