The St. Regis Atlanta, known as the city’s Best Address located in the prominent Buckhead neighborhood, is proud to announce two key executive leadership appointments: Rafael (Rafa) Gorina as Director of Operations and Natalia Lenzina as Director of Beverage.
Rafael Gorina, Director of Operations
Joining The St. Regis Atlanta team with over two decades of hospitality management experience, Gorina oversees all day-to-day hotel operations ensuring the reflection of The St. Regis brand’s world class service and traditions. His responsibilities include driving innovation, promoting business growth and establishing strong internal communication between teams aiming for high employee satisfaction.
Gorina is native to Spain and throughout his childhood would make visits to a prestigious hotel owned by his grandmother, which inspired him to embark on his hospitality career at the age of 16 as a busboy in the restaurant business. He went on her earn his Upper Professional degree in Tourism and Hospitality from At Lluisa Cura in Barcelona, which equipped him with invaluable industry knowledge, customer service proficiency and a deep understanding of operations and revenue management. Throughout his professional career thus far, Gorina has held significant roles within Marriott International, being named Leader of the Year on multiple occasions, including leading the Rooms Division, Guest Experiences and Housekeeping at select Ritz-Carlton properties and overseeing openings with EDITION Hotels. He remains actively involved in LGBTQ+|ONE Associate Resource Group by Marriott, reflecting his commitment to inclusive leadership.
Natalia Lenzina, Director of Beverage
As Director of Beverage at The St. Regis Atlanta, Lenzina oversees all of the hotel’s beverage operations inclusive of all on-site restaurants and bars along with in-room beverage programming and banquet/event services. In addition, she leads and oversees the growth of all beverage-related staff including sommeliers, bartenders and mixologists, and leads all communication and execution as it pertains to suppliers and financials.
Lenzina honed her skills at renowned establishments including, but not limited to, Acqualina Resort and Spa Miami, Faena Hotel Miami and the historic Hermitage Hotel in Nashville. Her career has also been marked by accolades such as Leader of the Quarter at both The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta and The St. Regis Atlanta, when she first worked with the brand from 2019-22. Educated at the University of Buenos Aires and Penn Foster College, where she earned a BA in Business Management, Lenzina holds a Level 2 certification from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and is actively working toward her third level. Her academic background, coupled with over a decade of experience exclusively in Four- and Five-Star Forbes rated properties, underscores her commitment to delivering exceptional beverage experiences for guests.
