Polo Pony
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Bombay London Dry Gin
- 1 oz. Cocchi Americano
- 1 oz. Orange Juice
- .50 oz. Honey Simple Syrup
- 2 stabs of Citrus Bitters
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to mixing glass. Add ice and shake well.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
- Orange coin, for garnish.
