Local tastemakers were treated to samples from the innovative cocktail program and selection of gourmet bites as well as a first-of-its-kind alcohol-infused soft serve ice cream.
Known for its sexy atmosphere and premium selection of fine wines and craft beers, the cocktail program and select food menu are exclusive to the otheroom Las Vegas location. While the show-stopping ice cream blends the best of liquid libations and delectable dishes, other menu highlights include the house special Shiitake Burger, the Short Rib Grilled Cheese, Maple Bacon “Tots,” and a melt-in-your-mouth charcuterie plate.
To accompany the food, select from one of several unique cocktails from the cheeky drinks menu like the “Smokey and The Bandit.” This twist on the popular Mule incorporates Basil Hayden’s Bourbon with smoked peach liqueur, fresh lemon, angostura, and ginger beer served in a chilled copper mug. Or, try the Brazilian Wax featuring Avua Prata Cachaca, Tanteo Jalapeno Tequila, fresh lime, pineapple juice, basil, passionfruit and li hing.
If you’re up for an experience with your cocktail, ask for a Smoked Manhattan and watch as the specialty cocktail smoker transforms the flavors of your drink and seduces your senses as the sweet aroma of cherry wood fills the air.
