Learn what’s next in food and drink from a stellar lineup of culinary leaders and rising stars on October 15, 2019, at The Next Big Bite, the fifth annual trends event presented by Les Dames D’Escoffier New York (LDNY).
The event will be held at Redeemer W83 Center on the Upper West Side in New York City and is open to the public. Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite.
LDNY is an invite-only women’s culinary organization whose members are leaders in their fields, and whose main mission is education, advocacy and philanthropy in food, fine beverage and hospitality.
With Deb Perelman, creator of the blog Smitten Kitchen and best-selling cookbook author as keynote speaker, this year’s The Next Big Bite brings together thought leaders who are shaping the conversation about food and drink.
Against a backdrop of changing tastes, concerns about wellness and the environment, plus a deepening interest in heritage foods, panelists will share their predictions about how we will eat and drink in 2020 and beyond. They’ll also discuss how they have built their brands. Jessica B. Harris, noted culinary historian and orator, will present the closing keynote.
