The grand opening of Sugar Factory American Brasserie at Town Square Las Vegas will be hosted by WWE wrestlers and E! Entertainment Television’s “Total Divas” reality stars, the Bella twins, and “Extra” host, Mario Lopez, at 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6.
As the first Sugar Factory in Las Vegas to be located off the Strip, the new 7,000-square-foot brasserie and retail store, opening early November, will be located next to the AMC Theatres. This brasserie will be a convenient location for locals and tourists to dine, shop, celebrate and enjoy brunch.
The new Sugar Factory American Brasserie will feature a sampling of the company’s signature treats and merchandise, including the world-famous Couture Pops. Synonymous with the Sugar Factory brand, Couture Pops have become a pop culture phenomenon and have made confections a celebrity accessory. Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry, Rihanna, the Jonas Brothers, Sting, Charlie Sheen, Kim Kardashian and Drake are just a few of the celebrities who have been spotted with the sparkly lollipops.
Created by a team of world-class chefs, the menu selections include everything from pancakes and sweet and savory crepes to salads, burgers and pizzas, all available throughout the day. The breakfast offerings include a steak and eggs sandwich; ham and cheese croissant; Nutella pancakes; banana walnut pancakes, chocolate French toast; a sausage and egg pizza, Belgian waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal and more.
Sugar Factory’s premium spirits mix sweet treats with spiked adult beverages, including Sugar Factory’s signature 36-ounce alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets. The Lollipop Passion is made with coconut, pineapple and melon flavors, and adorned with candy necklaces and swirly lollipops. The White Gummi is a playful blend of fruit and floating gummi worms. The martini selections include the Blow Pop Martini, finished off with a Pop Rocks rim and Blow Pop in the glass, as well as the S’Mores Martini, a comforting combination of chocolate and marshmallows, garnished with a graham cracker rim.
An expanded dessert menu, including custom ice cream cones, will be available at the new location. From red velvet to Oreo flavored cones, Sugar Factory American Brasserie will provide an unforgettable experience for those with a sweet tooth that needs to be satisfied.
Sugar Factory’s appetizers include creamy artichoke and spinach dip; bruschetta; popcorn shrimp; onion rings; fried macaroni and cheese; and mini burgers. Soups and salads include classic French onion soup topped with caramelized onions and gruyere crouton; Mediterranean salad tossed in a lemon-herb vinaigrette; cobb salad; and caesar salad.
Sandwiches and burgers include the grilled prime steak, made with top sirloin steak, sautéed onions, roasted peppers, arugula, muenster and whole grain mustard aioli; Sugar Factory’s signature burger topped with crispy onions, house-made sauce, lettuce and cheese; the open-faced albacore tuna melt, toasted rye topped with tuna, aged cheddar, parmesan, shredded romaine and tomato; and the macaroni and cheese burger, served with American cheese, applewood smoked bacon and buffalo hot sauce mayo.
Sugar Factory offers an array of pasta selections, including fettuccini carbonara; and spicy shrimp fettuccine, made with gulf shrimp, spicy tomato broth, lemon, baby spinach and dried chilies. Guests may choose from six thin crust pizza selections or build their own from more than 25 ingredients.
Grill selections include a grilled filet mignon that comes in a red wine sauce with asparagus, and fish and chips, which comes with fresh cold water cod, served with crispy fries, peas and tartar sauce.
Sugar Factory’s desserts are legendary. The King Kong Sundae packs a sweet punch for up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream, two cupcakes, sprinkles, caramel sauce, fudge sauce, strawberry sauce, marshmallows, Reese’s Pieces, chocolate chip cookies, crushed waffle cones, gummy bears, white chocolate strawberry shavings, sliced bananas, toasted walnuts and whipped cream, and then topped off with giant swirly pops. Sugar Factory’s decadent shakes, hot chocolate and frozen hot chocolate selections include the chocolate cookie jar shake, made with Oreo cookie crumbles, chocolate chips, caramel, vanilla ice cream and pure melted chocolate, topped with whipped cream and Oreo cookies; coconut hot chocolate; classic frozen hot chocolate; and peanut butter hot chocolate.
The new brasserie will also feature an array of fondue and wine pairings, ideal for late-night dining or date night. Fondue selections include an array of premium chocolate fondues, hazelnut, peanut butter, rocky road and more. Ideal for sharing one-on-one or with a group, Sugar Factory’s signature fondues are a decadent way to end the evening.
Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily. A brunch menu will be available every Saturday and Sunday.
