To cope with the heat, being hydrated is important to keep the organism functional and healthy. It doesn’t matter if you are an athlete running to goal in a soccer match, a jockey trying to obtain the best horse racing results,or just a regular person tanning in the beach, hydration is fundamental.
However, drinking water can sometimes be overwhelming to the stomach. During the hot temperatures of the warmest months of summer, add some extra flavors to your drinks and mix hydration with pleasure. This article will reveal 10 recipes for preparing the best refreshing summer drinks of 2019.
- Pineapple lemonade:this pineapple lemonade is a twist of lemons and tangy, slightly sweet, tropical fruit, but nonalcoholic.
Ingredients:
½ cup of sugar
1 cup of lemon juice
1 cup of pineapple juice
2 tablespoons of lime juice
To make a simple syrup, combine the sugar with 1 cup of water in a medium pan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Let it cool. In a large pitcher, mix the simple syrup with the lemon juice, lime juice and pineapple one. Add 5 cups of water. Place it in the refrigerator until chilled. Ready to serve! Add ice to a big can and pour the juice inside.

3 cups of prosecco, chilled
1 cup of limoncello liqueur, chilled

5 cups of diced seedless watermelon
2 tablespoons of sugar
Juice of 1 lime
Combine the watermelon, the sugar, lime juice and 1 cup of ice in a blender until it is smooth. Serve immediately after it is ready.

2 tea bags
1 cup of raspberries, plus more for garnish
2 peaches sliced, plus more for garnish
3 tablespoons of agave nectar
Mint leaves for garnish
Steep the tea bags in 4 cups boiling water according to the package instructions. Discard the tea bags and let it cool. Combine the peaches, raspberries and agave nectar in the blender until it is smooth. Strain through cheesecloth or fine sieve.
