Designed by Oakland, California-based architecture and design firm Arcsine, Teleféric Barcelona is located in a new, three-story building. In contrast to the structure’s sharp angles, industrial steel elements and modern lines, Arcsine’s design concept incorporates curves into the complex geometry to make the space feel softer, while introducing a connected, cohesive energy. The space is contemporary and welcoming, adapting the original Spanish restaurant’s concept of art, culture and authentic cuisine for its first California location.
