Muddle four pieces of strawberry, clap 3 pieces of sage and throw in tin

1 oz honey
2 oz nolet’s gin
Shake and Double strain

Avion silver, blackberries, thyme, Jamaica, citrus
Recipe:

Muddle three blackberries, clap two pieces of thyme and throw in tin
.5 oz hibiscus syrup
.5 oz simple syrup
1 oz lemon juice
2 oz Avion silver tequila
Shake and strain
Glass: Highball
Garnish: 6 thyme leaves & one blackberry
Fancy Oaxacan
Spice & Apple Infused El silencio Mezcal, canela, fresh apple juice, lemon
Recipe:

1 oz apple juice
.75 oz simple syrup
.75 oz lemon juice
2 oz infused Mezcal
Shake and strain
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: 2 pieces of apple, with grated cinnamon and an anise star
Recipe for Mezcal infusion:
For every 750 ml of Mezcal, add:
3 cinnamon sticks
8 pieces of clove
3 anise stars
And three gala apples ( each cut into 8 slices) Let everything steep for 2 days, then strain using a chinois strainer and bottle.

Garnish: half a pineapple wheel with tajin
