Eastside Distilling gets the holidays started right by releasing three holiday liqueurs. The limited-edition holiday-inspired liqueurs include: Egg Nog “Advocaat,” Holiday Spiced and Peppermint Bark liqueurs. Each of the limited-edition liqueurs uses all natural ingredients infused with Eastside Distilling’s premium Silver Rum.
“Our holiday liqueurs have been a hit the past couple years,” says Lenny Gotter, owner of Eastside Distilling. “We now offer two bottle sizes to best match the popularity of these drinks as gifts and for holiday parties.”
The Egg Nog “Advocaat” Liqueur started as the distiller’s personal holiday spirit creation. It is inspired by traditional Dutch and Belgian Advocaat liqueurs. Eastside Distilling then took the universally adored flavor of egg nog and infused it with their Below Deck Silver Rum at 30 proof for an out-of-the-bottle Christmas cheer like no other.
The Holiday Spiced Liqueur is made of a special secret blend of seasonal spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, clove and allspice. It is then infused with Eastside’s Below Deck Silver Rum at 60 proof. Hawaiian Turbinado sugar takes the edge off for a lovely, spicy result.
The Peppermint Bark Liqueur is made from the finest French extra brute dark cocoa chocolate, with the clean, crisp flavor of real peppermint oil. These decadent ingredients are then infused with Eastside’s Below Deck Silver Rum at 60 proof for a delicious holiday liqueur. Give it a try and you’ll find that the “bark” compliments the “bite.”
