Tanduay Asian Rum joined hundreds of rum producers, and thousands of connoisseurs and enthusiasts for the 2014 Miami Rum Renaissance Festival—one of the world’s premier international rum events. Exhibiting at a booth donned with sugarcane, infusion jar displays and Tanduay signage, Tanduay Silver Asian Rum was available for sample neat and in two cocktails served-up in style by flair bartender, Rob Husted.
Husted tossed Tanduay Silver bottles through the air, catching them with his chest, elbow and knee as visitors enjoyed The Tanduay Clove Crush and the Tanduay Basil Colada. The brand’s Silver expression also impressed the Rum XP judges, winning a Gold Medal in the “White Rum” category of the Rum XP Tasting Competition held annually during the festival.
