The 1854
1 oz. Tanduay Silver Asian Rum
1 oz. Tanduay Gold Asian Rum
½ oz. orange Curacao
¾ oz. Orgeat syrup
¾ fresh lime juice
Final float of ½ oz. Tanduay Gold Asian rum
Put all ingredients into a mixing glass (except float) and shake well. Strain into rocks glass with ice. Float final ½ oz. of Tanduay Gold Asian Rum.
Ginger Mojito
2 oz. Tanduay Silver Asian Rum
½ oz. Ginger Liqueur
½ oz. Simple cane syrup
6-8 Mint Leaves
1 Lime quartered
4 oz. Club soda
Gently muddle mint, lime, ginger liqueur and simple cane syrup in chilled glass. Add ice cubes and Tanduay. Stir, pour into a fresh chilled cocktail glass and top with club soda.
