Treeline Treenut Cheese announces today that its top-selling artisanal plant-based cheeses are now available in 85 Whole Foods Market stores across the Southeastern US. These new locations are in addition to over 360 Whole Foods Market stores nationwide that already carry Treeline cheeses.
Treeline has finally ‘cracked the code’ in making a Vegan cheese that can hold its own on any artisanal cheese plate or pair with fine wines. With a range of flavorful, soft French-style and aged plant-based cheeses, the company has reinvented how non-dairy cheese is made with an artisanal process, drawing on traditional dairy cheese-making methods. Treeline actually ferments, or cultures, creamy cashew nuts with a healthy probiotic, known as L. Acidophilus. This produces a creamy consistency, smooth texture and the rich, natural fermented flavors normally associated with fine dairy cheeses.
Treeline Treenut Cheeses have the added benefit of being completely natural, without the stabilizers and thickeners found in some other vegan options. They are also kosher, soy-free and gluten-free and Paleo-friendly. What’s more, they also provide dietary fiber, which is completely missing from dairy cheese. All of Treeline’s products are free of added oils, including coconut and palm oils.
Six Treeline Treenut cheeses flavors are offered: Classic Aged Nut Cheese, Cracked Pepper Aged Nut Cheese, Herb-Garlic Soft French Style, Green Peppercorn Soft French Style, Chipolte-Serrano Soft French Style and Scallion Soft French Style.
