Sushi Roku Las Vegas New Year’s Eve Menu
Sushi Roku at The Forum Shops at Caesars rings in 2017 in style with indulgent Omakase ($170*) and à la carte menu offerings for New Year’s Eve (Saturday, December 31, 2016).
There will be three available reservation times during the evening: 8:30pm, 9:30pm, and 11:15pm. All reservations after 9:30pm will enjoy an exclusive party favor and the 11:15pm seating will cheers with a complimentary champagne toast at midnight.

- Brussels Sprouts Chips – truffle oil, salt
- Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi* – kiwi, yuzu jelly, Maldon sea salt
- Sea Bass Tempura Lettuce Cup – sea bass tempura, cilantro aioli, red onion and jalapeno salsa, butter lettuce cup, parsley butter ß Chef Allen’s off-menu special
- Hamachi Serrano* – garlic, yuzu ponzu
- Marinated Tuna – soy marinated Hawaiian tuna, kizama wasabi, yuzu miso ß Chef Haru’s off-menu special
- Yellowtail Diced Hanabi – yellowtail sashimi, diced chilies on crispy rice ß a hybrid of Sushi Roku’s two most popular dishes (Hanabi with spicy tuna, and Yellowtail Diced Chilies)
- Lotus Root Tempura* – chopped shrimp, curry salt, chili ponzu dipping sauce
- Filet Mignon Tobanyaki* – garlic truffle ponzu, asparagus, mixed mushrooms
- Truffle Tempura Roll* – cucumber, topped with avocado, wasabi truffle soy
