Sugarcane Las Vegas, located at the iconic Venetian Resort, featuring creative modern American dishes, sushi, everyday bottomless brunch, daily happy hours and more has officially reopened its doors after a transformative renovation by award-winning interior design firm ICRAVE. A Las Vegas fan favorite, Sugarcane continues to deliver on its promise of “kicking back, eating well, and staying awhile,” now in a new, vibrant, contemporary setting that transports guests straight to Miami.
The thoughtful remodel breathes new life into the eatery, combining modern décor with a warm, welcoming ambiance. The design features a mix of earthy tones, warm woods and pops of color, evoking an outdoor, tropical Miami vibe right in the heart of Restaurant Row. Key elements like the radiant bar with its golden hues and backlit glow, combined with soft pendant lighting, draw guests in, setting the perfect stage for memorable experiences from morning to night. “We wanted to create a dynamic new space that, while visually stunning, still encourages a relaxed environment for our guests,” said Dana Riccobono, Chief Operating Officer, Sugarcane Restaurants. “The new design magically transforms the atmosphere from a bright, airy everyday breakfast nook to a sultry, alluring space ideal for group dining, coupling and other late-night Vegas revelries. ”
The renovation also includes the enhancement of the private dining room, now able to offer all group sizes while still in an intimate setting with stunning magenta, gold, and forest green-hued lanterns that create a playful lighting constellation. The private dining room’s earthy green tones and intricate tilework provide an inviting and sophisticated backdrop for private events or special gatherings.
Though Sugarcane’s core identity and menu remain the same, the Miami eatery’s Las Vegas outpost is thrilled to introduce new premium sushi offerings featuring creative ingredients to complement their existing raw bar, crispy rice and shellfish tower offerings. Indulge in the A-5 Wagyu Beef roll with shrimp tempura and avocado, or Chirashi with tuna, yellowtail, marinated ikura, and yuzu kosho soy, curated by the culinary team at Sugarcane’s sister concept in Miami. Plus, savor new highlights including Crunchy Tuna with avocado, chili tempura flakes and sweet chili; Yellowtail Jalapeño; and other classic favorites such as the California Roll, Shrimp Tempura and Spicy Tuna.
Sugarcane Las Vegas continues to be an all-day establishment providing its infamous everyday bottomless brunch, lunch, dinner and Happy Hour service showcasing their signature globally inspired small plates, all-new sushi offerings, open fire-grilled fare, and innovative, craft cocktail programming. The restaurant’s philosophy of celebrating life’s simple pleasures—good food, great company, and a relaxing atmosphere—is reflected in every aspect of the revitalized space.
