Sugar Factory American Brasserie at Town Square Las Vegas now offers a delicious brunch menu, along with $20 bottomless mimosas and bloody marys, every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Guests can choose from various egg dishes and omelet selections, including a Four Cheese Omelet, made with three farm fresh eggs, mozzarella, aged cheddar, provolone, brie, tomatoes and fresh herbs; the Smoked Salmon Omelet, made with Alaskan smoked salmon, asparagus, roasted Yukon gold potatoes and chives and the Grilled New York Strip Steak and Eggs, made with New York Strip, two eggs and béarnaise sauce.
Breakfast sandwiches at the new brasserie include the Ham and Cheese Croissant, made with sliced black forest ham and aged cheddar, on a toasted croissant and the Fried Egg Sandwich comprised of two eggs, aged cheddar, Canadian bacon and country gravy, served open-faced on a toasted English muffin.
Guests may also choose from one of the many crepe options available on Sugar Factory’s brunch menu, including the delectable Ham and Cheese Crepe, made with melted Swiss cheese and black forest ham, served with mixed greens, tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette.
A tasty mimosa menu has been created at Sugar Factory and includes a Blueberry Limoncello Mimosa, made with limoncello, blueberry vodka, lemonade and champagne; a Tropical Mimosa, comprised of Malibu rum, orange juice, champagne and Grenadine sinker; and a Raspberry Mimosa that is made with raspberry puree, cranberry juice and champagne.
The Granny Smith Apple Mimosa includes granny smith monin syrup, lemonade and champagne; the Rose Mimosa is made with rose monin, rosas lime juice, lemonade and champagne and the Pomegranate Hibiscus Mimosa has pomegranate schnapps, hibiscus syrup, cranberry juice and champagne.
With a unique bloody mary menu, guests may choose from three savory selections, including the Classic Smoked Bloody Mary, infused with chipotle Tabasco, vodka and a house-made bloody mary mix, garnished with a sea salt and black pepper rim and topped with celery and lemon.
The Bacon Bloody Mary is created with a house-made bloody mary mix, infused with bacon and vodka, garnished with crispy bacon, olives and lemon and lime wedges and a brown sugar and paprika rim.
A house-made bloody mary mix infused with jalapeno juice, topped with a Corona, creates Sugar Factory’s Bloody Cerveza. This cocktail is garnished with celery, pickled jalapenos and lime wedges, while the top of the glass is rimmed with sea salt and chili powder.
