Dole Packaged Foods, LLC. President Brad Bartlett announced the promotion of Stuart McAllister to the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Foodservice & Industrial. He replaces Chris Lock who retired on March 21, 2014, after 20 years with the company.
Following career path at Dole, McAllister’s resumé contains a unique combination of company operations and sales experience. Beginning as a summer intern at Dole Seafood in 1989, he initially led the marketing planning process, developed packaging, and conducted domestic and international sales negotiations. He was promoted to Director of Resourcing, Sales & Marketing and assigned responsibility for all buying, selling, shipping and planning activities.
McAllister transferred to Dole headquarters in 1994, and has since held corporate positions of increasing leadership in foodservice marketing, sales and sales strategy at Dole Food Company. Most recently, he served as Field Sales Director, Foodservice for Dole Packaged Foods, LLC.
Bartlett welcomed McAllister to his new position, congratulating him on this well-deserved promotion. “I look forward to Stuart building on the foundation and growth that Chris Lock set in motion, and leading his team to even greater success in both Foodservice and Industrial businesses.”
