To enhance the ritual chocolate making experience, each elegantly packaged can comes with a wooden mini-molinillo (South American whisk) to whip up a slight cocoa crema which releases the intoxicating deep chocolate aroma. We use the finest selection of beans including the costly flavorful Criollo. The beans are artfully aged and then slow roasted and blended in small batches using real vanilla, not an extract, to create a rich complex range of flavors.
