Great Garlic Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 loaf (1 pound) French bread, halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a small bowl, mix butter, cheese and garlic; brush over cut sides of bread.
- Place on a baking sheet, cut side up. Sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake 7-9 minutes or until light golden brown. Cut into slices; serve warm.
Parmesan & Garlic Fries Recipe

Ingredients
- 5 cups frozen French-fried potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Place potatoes in a large bowl.
- Mix oil, garlic and salt; toss with potatoes.
- Arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring once.
- Sprinkle with cheese; toss lightly. Serve immediately.
Garlic Maple Dressing Recipe

- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Juice of 1 medium lemon
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well.
