Gyllensten will work alongside newly-hired Food & Beverage Director Charleen Mairs in spearheading Tahiti Village’s commitment to the evolution of the Tahiti Joe’s menu and experience.
Located on the Las Vegas Strip and in the Tahitian paradise of Tahiti Village, Tahiti Joe’s will feature a fun and hip tapas menu with a Pacific Rim and Hawaiian fusion along with traditional fare including pizza, burgers and chef specials.
