Simit + Smith merges Turkish/Mediterranean and American food culture in a comfortable,

Simits are a traditional breakfast and snack bread, hand-rolled into rings and baked fresh daily, all natural, preservative-free; original, whole wheat or multigrain, crunchy with multigrain or sesame seeds.

Cheese Simit – kasseri, cheddar Simits are perfect for breakfast, with cream cheese,
or as a sandwich for lunch, including:

to a brioche: plain, feta cheese and parsley,
