An original and exciting concept brought to you by Morton’s, SHe is a modern boutique steakhouse and theatrical nightclub integrating a fine dining concept with fashion and music. The innovative new venture will be situated in the heart of Crystals at CityCenter in the revamped and updated space, formerly occupied by Beso Steakhouse. Philanthropist and restaurateur Eva Longoria and partner Tilman J. Fertitta, President, CEO and sole shareholder of Landry’s, Inc. a leading hospitality, dining and entertainment company, are set to launch the new dining and nightlife concept, SHe by Morton’s on New Year’s Eve night.
The restaurant, located on the downstairs level, features private dining rooms and an indoor/outdoor lounge. Additionally, the outdoor patio will offer full food and beverage services. World renowned and local DJs will spin nightly to entertain guests as they dine as well as provide music for the fashion runway. Accented with shades of merlot and Bordeaux, SHe restaurant provokes a feeling of opulence with rich textures of alligator, cork, mirrors and crystals, embossed metallic wall coverings and rich dark fabrics. Decorative, internally lit screens are spread throughout the restaurant giving the space a touch of modern art deco design. Restaurant seatings start at 5:30PM beginning New Year’s Eve and the nightclub opens at 10:00PM.
Chef Todd Mark Miller will helm the culinary operation for SHe restaurant calling on his extensive experience and illustrious career. His expertise lies in combining the best of contemporary American cuisine with the steakhouse institution. The menu is an interpretation of a modern boutique steakhouse offering the highest quality meats that Morton’s Steakhouse has prided itself on since 1978. The menu will boast a variety of seafood dishes and three different steak cuts – SHe, He, and We (the shared plate option). Featured dishes include SEA BASS BITES, MAINE LOBSTER ROLLS, PRIME STEAKS, CORIANDER CRUSTED TUNA, SOY LACQUERED SALMON and various selections of cold seafood and shellfish. A variety of handcrafted cocktails are also available including the HER-SHe MANHATTAN and ORANGE HIBISCUS SHe-TINI.

SHe nightclub, located on the upstairs level, will effectively introduce a marriage of the club culture to the global world of entertainment. The theatrical nightclub will host integrated vignettes offering exciting, interactive performances throughout the night that will engage and entertain Vegas elite. Changing regularly, the performances will surprise and entertain guests throughout the entire venue ensuring a unique experience unmatched anywhere in Las Vegas. Guests will be situated amongst tiered seating creating the illusion of participating in the interactive show that features some of the world’s most talented performers.
Open to the public on New Year’s Eve, SHe restaurant will have a special performance by the Bella Electric Strings Quartet on Monday, December 31st as well as DJ Sky Nellor spinning and conducting the countdown at midnight. After dinner, patrons will head upstairs to the club to celebrate with Dom Perignon, Belvedere and Voss Water to bring in the New Year! SHe by Morton’s is an imaginative product of award-winning interior designer Charles Doell and the highly acclaimed Emmy award-winning design team of Jeff Hall Design. Doell, who is widely known throughout the industry and aptly nicknamed “Mister Important,” will design the nightlife space. Landry’s commissioned the duo to pioneer the theater that is built around a traditional boutique nightclub. SHe nightclub goers will be enveloped in an immersive theatrical experience created by world famous and Emmy award-winning producer Jeff Kutash, of twelve time Las Vegas Show of the Year SPLASH.
