Shari’s Becomes First Family Casual Concept Rolling ImpossibleTM Sausage Made From Plants Onto Menu; New Breakfast Handheld Line Debuts

Shari’s Management Corporation, the parent company to restaurant brands Shari’s, Coco’s and Carrows Restaurants, is enhancing its breakfast offerings with a new line of both plated entree and grab and go sandwiches hitting the menu today across all concepts, including the first to feature Impossible Sausage. Shari’s is the first family casual concept to bring Impossible Sausage to its lineup.

Coco’s Expands to 30+ Locations

Four new composed entrée sandwiches are designed to deliver craveable comfort food at a strong value in a dine-in or patio setting:

  • Signature Breakfast Sandwich ($11.29): Creamy scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled ham, grilled tomato, Tillamook® pepper jack cheese and mayo on grilled Texas Toast; served with choice of side including fresh fruit, crispy golden hash browns, French fries or coleslaw.
  • Impossible™ Breakfast Sandwich ($11.29): Impossible’s delicious breakfast sausage made from plants for meat lovers, caramelized onions, creamy scrambled eggs, Tillamook® cheddar cheese. Served on a potato bun with Spicy Santa Fe sauce; served with choice of side including fresh fruit, crispy golden hash browns, French fries or coleslaw.
  • Mediterranean Breakfast Sandwich ($10.99): Fluffy egg whites, oven roasted tomatoes, basil pesto, feta cheese with fresh arugula served on a soft ciabatta roll; served with choice of side including fresh fruit, crispy golden hash browns, French fries or coleslaw.
  • Impossible™ Breakfast Burrito ($10.99): Impossible’s delicious breakfast sausage made from plants for people who crave meat, creamy scrambled eggs, with crispy hash browns, fresh pico de gallo, Tillamook® cheddar cheese and Spicy Santa Fe sauce wrapped in a warm flour tortilla; served with choice of side including fresh fruit, crispy golden hash browns, french fries or coleslaw.

Impossible Sausage Made From Plants is a perfectly seasoned, juicy, savory patty that pairs perfectly with traditional breakfast accompaniments and uses less land and water than traditional pork production. Compared to the leading brand of pork sausage, Impossible Sausage has the same amount of protein, 60% more iron, 45% fewer calories, 60% less total fat, 50% less saturated fat and 0 mg cholesterol. Impossible Sausage has none of the negative effects of traditional pork sausage, and it has no antibiotics or slaughterhouse contaminants.
