With over 25 years of leadership and innovation experience in the food industry, Michael brings invaluable expertise in building iconic brands and scaling businesses, which will help accelerate Seremoni’s growth in the premium seafood space.

 

Michael’s most recent role as CEO of LocalCoho, an aquaculture company producing American Farmstead Salmon, saw him lead strategic growth and innovation in sustainable food production. His leadership at LocalCoho positioned the company as a pioneer in responsible aquaculture, earning industry-wide recognition.

 

Prior to LocalCoho, Michael served as Vice President for the North American market at New Zealand King Salmon (NZKS), where he spearheaded the development and successful launch of the Ora King brand across both retail and foodservice. Ora King is now the leading B2B salmon brand in North America, setting a high standard for premium seafood. Prior to NZKS, he was instrumental in the creation of Fra’ Mani Handcrafted Salumi, where he pioneered the “luxury salami” category, redefining premium artisanal food offerings.
