Casual dining options include The Hatch, specializing in fried seafood and summertime favorites; Buzzards Bay Pizza Co., featuring traditional pizzas; and poolside ice cream treats at Captain Scoops. One-stop shop Old Silver Provisions features coffees, teas, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, locally sourced gifts, and travel essentials. Sea Crest Beach Resort has also expanded its culinary offerings with a newly designed pool and beach bar, further enhancing the guest experience.
Pairing modern silhouettes with coastal New England charm, each dining space comes to life with a reinvigorated design. THE LANTERN ROOM
Steps from Old Silver Beach, Streetscape’s full-service restaurant, The Lantern Room, captures Cape Cod’s essence with innovative cuisine. Take in scenic vistas while indulging in fresh seafood and New England classics, overseen by Chef Brock Anderson. The menu celebrates the region’s flavors with dishes like bucatini tossed with succulent Maine lobster, sweet peas, bacon, and a touch of creamy lemon mascarpone. Savor the aromatic Bang Island mussels bathed in white wine and shallot sauce. For a lighter option, enjoy the flaky, herb-infused striped bass. The menu also offers a Tavern Burger, a nod to Tavern at The Lantern Room, the restaurant’s dedicated bar that offers innovative cocktails and a curated selection of small plates.
THE HATCH
The Hatch presents a taste of Cape Cod’s laid-back lifestyle. Fresh, fast, and no-frills, this quick-serve clam shack specializes in fried seafood and comfort food, all complemented by a selection of refreshing drinks. Guests can enjoy signature bites like the New England-style clam chowder, the fried Ipswich clam bellies, or the rock shrimp fritto misto. For breakfast, The Hatch offers bagel, muffin, and croissant sandwiches alongside fruit juices and freshly brewed coffee for a delicious pick-me-up on the go.
BUZZARDS BAY PIZZA CO.
As the resort’s brand new concept, Buzzards Bay Pizza Co. is a poolside pizzeria with seating near its convenient takeout window. Classic and specialty pies pair with soda, beer, and wine. Inviting flavors are met with seasonal ingredients on all of the pies at Buzzards Bay Pizza Co. Straight from the oven, enjoy familiar favorites like cheese and pepperoni, as well as carnivore and vegetarian. Pizzas can be taken on to the beach to go.
CAPTAIN SCOOPS
Located next to the pool, Captain Scoops offers a tasty selection of cones, sundaes, and treats that are refreshingly sweet. Sea Crest Beach Resort has partnered with local ice cream maker and purveyor, Sundae School, to bring homemade flavors to Old Silver Beach. Flavors include vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, Oreo crunch, cookie dough, maple walnut, mint chocolate chip, and mocha chip. Ice cream aficionados can enjoy their flavor—or flavors—of choice in cones, floats, sundaes, fresh waffle cones, or bowls with their choice of toppings.
OLD SILVER PROVISIONS
Guests can start the day off right at Old Silver Provisions. Just steps from the lobby, this general store meets local coffee shop offers an array of sundries, local goods, hot and iced beverages, fresh pastries, and convenient grab-and-go breakfast selections. Specialty coffee beverages include a full espresso bar menu, alongside chai and dirty chai lattes, brown sugar lattes, mocha, and a selection of Rishi teas. Fresh pastries, from pain au chocolate to lemon pound cake, ensure all mornings are made sweeter.
