Her forward-thinking leadership style has consistently driven exceptional business performance through initiatives such as strategic planning, qualitative and quantitative research, product launches, interactive marketing, creative development, media planning and buying, digital marketing, merchandising, public relations, sales promotion and vendor marketing.

As the new CMO, Barnett will spearhead various key areas, including menu support, digital and social marketing, consistent brand messaging, and technological innovation and integration. Her responsibilities will include the testing of new menu items, maximizing profit potential, web development, creative development, customer relationship management, as well as providing essential resources for new restaurant openings.
Barnett joins Rock N Roll Sushi with over three decades of experience in the food and beverage industry, including notable roles such as CMO at Another Broken Egg Café and Vice President of Marketing at The Egg & I. With a strong background in advertising, Barnett spent a significant portion of her career with McDonald’s for 20 years and Taco Bell for 10 years. During her tenure at Another Broken Egg Café, she demonstrated exceptional skills in overseeing the brand’s integrated business plan and communications calendars, while managing advertising budgets that provided invaluable guidance and support to franchise owners and operators.
