Red the Steakhouse Features Three American Lamb Dishes This September
September is American Lamb Month at Red, the Steakhouse.
“Providing our guests with a choice of Lamb Bolognese, Rack of American Lamb or Lamb Shank gives them the option of experiencing many different ways to serve lamb,” explains Peter Vauthy, Vice President and Executive Chef at Red, the Steakhouse Miami Beach. “We are extremely pleased to be working in conjunction with the American Lamb Board on this promotion.
Red, the Steakhouse will be featuring American Lamb at its Beachwood and Cleveland, Ohio and Miami Beach, Florida locations. Recipes for the three dishes will be available at all Red, the Steakhouse locations.
