Pink Grapefruit Sparklers
Ingredients:
1 bottle of Pink Grapefruit Sparkling ICE
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/4 cup lime juice (or fresh lime juice and a dash simple syrup or agave nectar)
3 envelopes plain Knox gelatin
Lime zest for garnish, if desired
Instructions:
In a saucepan, sprinkle cranberry and lime juices with gelatin. Allow to soak for a few minutes. Heat on low, stirring constantly, until gelatin is fully dissolved (about 5 minutes). Stir in the Sparkling ICE making sure to fully incorporate. Pour into pan or molds, and chill until set, several hours or overnight. .
To serve, cut into desired shapes. Garnish with the lime zest.
Sparkling ICE Pops
Ingredients:
Ice Cube Tray (or your favorite ice pop making molds)
Toothpicks or Popsicle sticks
I bottle of Sparkling ICE
1 container of fresh raspberries or blueberries, chopped
Directions:
Fill your trays or molds with Sparkling ICE, topping each with a scoop of chopped raspberries or blueberries. If using ice cube trays cover tray tightly with tin foil. Poke a Popsicle stick through the foil into each cube. If using an ice pop maker place the handle sticks into the molds. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until frozen. Please note that this recipe works with any of flavor of Sparkling ICE flavors and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
