Recap: LUCKYRICE Las Vegas Festival presented by BOMBAY SAPPHIRE EastAfter four years of increasing hype and sold-out popularity in Las Vegas, New York, Miami, LA and for the first time this year, San Francisco – the nation’s preeminent celebration of Asian food and cocktail culture took place in Vegas on Saturday, October 5 from 7-10PM PST and Sunday, October 6 from 11AM-2PM PST at The Cosmopolitan. The LUCKYRICE Las Vegas Night Market combined the best of LUCKYRICE, including authentic night market street food, creative chef-driven dining and Bombay Sapphire East cocktails galore – all re-imagined through a locally global lens that spotlights the exploding Asian food revolution. LUCKYRICE also brought in 8 celebrated mixologists – including Las Vegas and National People’s Choice Winner of the Bombay Sapphire Most Imaginative Bartender Competition, Rodger Gillespie. All participating mixologists served a total of 16 custom cocktails featuring the official spirit, BOMBAY SAPPHIRE East. Infused with two new Asian botanicals – Thai Lemongrass and Vietnamese Black Peppercorn – Bombay Sapphire East is the perfect spirit to pair with the variety of Asian flavor profiles throughout the festival.

Recap: LUCKYRICE Las Vegas Festival presented by BOMBAY SAPPHIRE EastOn Sunday, October 6, Top Chef Masters Susur Lee and Bombay Sapphire East hosted a Luckyrice Dim Sum and Mah-Jong Bloody Mary Brunch, where Cantonese-inspired dishes were offered to guests while they designed their own signature Bloody Mary with Asian ingredients among playful rounds of Mah-Jong for both the beginners and pros!
