Guests Can Now Experience the Sweet Heat of Qdoba’s Newest Seasonal Menu Additions
This summer, Qdoba Mexican Grill is spicing up its seasonal Mango offering with the introduction of the new sweet-meets-heat flavor of Mango Mojo. Mango Mojo – available now at all participating restaurants – is the unexpected, craveable combination of sweet mangos infused with the spice of chili peppers to create the perfect spicy-sweet flavor.
Guests can experience the sweet heat of Mango Mojo through Qdoba’s three new summer menu items:
- Mango Mojo Burrito: Features Qdoba’s new spicy Mango Salsa and new spicy-sweet Mango Mojo Sauce, along with the guests’ choice of tortilla with rice, beans and protein, topped off with crispy romaine lettuce and crunchy tortilla strips.
- Mango Mojo Salad: A spin on Qdoba’s classic Mango Salad, which first debuted on the menu in 2006. The new Mango Mojo Salad packs crisp lettuce, grilled chicken, classic Mango Salsa, and the new sweet and spicy Mojo Sauce in a crunchy flour tortilla shell, topped off with a splash of zesty cilantro-lime vinaigrette dressing.
- Mango Mojo Trio: Qdoba’s classics meet Mojo in this masterful mashup, featuring signature Mango Salsa, 3-Cheese Queso and hand-smashed Guacamole served with handmade chips drizzled with the spicy-sweet Mojo Sauce.
The Spicy Mango Salsa starts with sweet-diced mango and brings the heat with freshly diced jalapeños and a spicy diablo kick. The new Mojo Sauce is made with spicy and slightly sweet red chili sauce, while the Mango Mojo Sauce adds the sweetness of diced mangos to the Mojo Sauce base.

For those avid fans of the original Mango Salad – fear not. While the brand is expanding its seasonal mango offerings with the new Mango Mojo menu items, the classic Mango Salad and Mango Salsa are still available at the same participating Qdoba locations.
