(CHICAGO, IL; June 30, 2015)—Protein Bar, the fast casual health concept serving high protein and nutrient-packed food to on-the-go customers in Chicago, Denver, and Washington D.C., now offers Kombucha on tap in two delicious flavors – Organic Strawberry and Organic Trilogy – at its River North Idea Greenhouse location in Chicago (352 N. Clark St., Chicago, IL 60654), where new menu items are introduced and tested before being introduced brand-wide.

The team is excited to evolve the Kombucha program and plans to extend the on-tap program to all new Protein Bar locations to open in the future.
