With years of experience across hospitality, grocery retail, and consumer goods, Matthew is primed to scale Preferabli’s software capabilities for specialty cheese.

 

With his background as the Lead Cheesemonger at the notable Fairfield Cheese Company in Fairfield, Connecticut. Matthew is excited to employ his sensory skills to evaluate cheeses for use in Preferabli discovery and recommendation software solutions. Matthew will also be providing insight on market dynamics relevant to the cheese industry.

The ACS CCP® certification signifies a comprehensive understanding and expertise demanded by the cheese industry, while the ACS CCSE® certification showcases his skill in the assessment, evaluation, care, and service of cheese.
