Polo Lounge’s Cachaca Cocktail: Jardim de RosasThe Jardim de Rosas is $13 and was created just in time for summer by Polo Lounge and Polo Steakhouse’s restaurant director, Orion Berge, who has worked behind the bar at several well-known establishments – like the Waldorf-Astoria’s famed Peacock Alley restaurant, the Vault at Pfaff’s and East Pole in NYC.

Jardim de Rosas at Polo Lounge

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Leblon Cachaca
  • 1.50 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • .50 oz. Combier Rose liqueur
  • .50 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 dash of house made orange bitters

Directions:

  1. Shake ingredients with ice and then strain into an ice filled highball glass.
  2. Top off with soda water and garnish with a rose petal
